Controlls:

Flashlight: Mouse | Gamepad right stick

The game is not a virus.
Some Operation Systems don't know it, so they say its unsafe to run. Feel free to scan it.
For MacOS:
After running the Game from the .dmg it will be blocked. This is because the developer is unkown to apple. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > (Scroll down) Security > allow the game to be run
